A business consultant & a marketing ace by profession, Saurabh Sengupta has worked with several brands & businesses across the landscape of Delhi & NCR. He holds diversified experience in the realm of Marketing, Branding & Technological Advancements. A Delhi University graduate with a honors degree in English Literature under his belt, Saurabh Sengupta’s knowledge extends manifolds beyond theoretical & conventional education. He’s a self-taught entrepreneur with enterprising abilities that have helped several companies with the development & process of internal growth.

Immediately after graduating Saurabh realized that the conventional education system of our Country wasn’t going to agree with the freethinking, unconventional methods derived out of his mind. In order to gain first-hand knowledge of how multinational enterprises operate, he joined an International Contact Centre Unit based out of Gurgaon. He spent 5 consecutive years within the organization & learned a great deal about International Markets, their business methodology, acumen & mode of operations. Although Saurabh Sengupta had joined the organization at the grassroot level moved on to become a QC Specialist then a QC Trainer to a Process Trainer, moved up the ladder to become a Manager Training and by the time he decided to make his first transition, he had reached the level of a Sr. Service Delivery Manager.

He laid the foundation for his first International Call Center in the year 2005 & ran the operations successfully for 3 consecutive years. In 2009, Saurabh Sengupta was offered a Senior position in the Marketing Department of a company in the Education Sector. He had always found Marketing to be enticing & challenging at the same time, so he moved on & took up that position. Soon, he realized that he was meant to do this; Marketing, Branding, Media Communication, bringing new age concepts & technology and introducing them into the conventional set-up kept him occupied & he switched domains from Education to Advertising where he gathered knowledge of Digital & Online Media. Retail Brand, Haldiram’s, offered Saurabh Sengupta, the position of HOD Marketing. It was an offer he couldn't refuse & very soon, Saurabh started working on the brand presentation & appeal. He developed conceptual marketing strategies that appealed to the Corporate & played a pivotal role in transforming the brand imagery & how people perceived the progression of the brand.

Then came a stage when Saurabh Sengupta decided to reestablish his Contact Centre Unit, only this time, things were launched at a much bigger scale. The venture started with a 30-Seater set-up & grew up to become almost 100 seats towards the fag end of 2017. By this time, his company had already delivered nearly 200 websites for business associated with F & B in the United States, improved their Order taking module & designed Artwork for their Logos, Menus, and other collaterals. All was going smooth when suddenly the United States Govt. started imposing restrictions on off-shore companies picking up jobs from the natives. There came a stage that working for the United States became so expensive that even the profits were churned in paying for all that was levied. He decided to shut the operations down & look towards other means. By now, he was hugely experienced in the F&B and Restaurant Sector, so as a part of a lateral transition, Saurabh Sengupta, opened his first Restaurant that infused the elegance & quality of Fine Dining Restaurants in the express delivery model of a Quick Service Restaurant.

The concept immediately hit the right chord & things picked up pace; the brand was becoming popular by each passing day & made quite a name in the vicinity of South Delhi. Disaster struck in the form of COVID-19 global pandemic & gradually ate through the legacy of this venture wherein the core team was lost with the prolonged Lockdowns in progression. Saurabh Sengupta now explored the Real Estate Sector; together with his old pal & mentor Mr. Amit Kukreja, he started a Financial, Real Estate & Business Consulting firm by the name of My Money Merchants.

Both Saurabh & Amit, got associated with the brand Ompanzo Ecommerce Pvt. Ltd as Consultants but soon found a position within the Board Directors because of their vast & diversified experience. With a formidable team in place, Ompanzo is destined to go miles & create history.
